numbers on underside of mosin bbl shank?

A new m38 of mine has some markings that i have not been able to identify. has anyone encountered any of these or something similar?

the undeside of the barrel shank has a 4 digit number

the number 5 stamped next to the soviet crest

a later(?) marking of the number 13 in a triangle. also note that the second number 4 of the serial number looks like it was stamped over a number 3

Maybe that 13 in the triangle is actually a badly stamped 3, although it looks like it may be a badly stamped 2. That would suggest QC marks from East Germany.
