Has anyone had any luck with them? I placed an order with them Saturday, tried to fax my 03FFL to them as per their instructions, busy try again busy this went on for three days. I tried to contact them via email asking if I could submit it that way, no responce well... other than the auto reply. So I had had enough and canceled my order today and requested a reply stating it had been canceled. Well guess what... they responded to that and with a hope to do buisness again. Sheesh!

i've heard nothing but bad things about them, cards-billed-and-good-not-delivered type bad. i hope you can cancel the transaction on your end.
/they don't even list a phone number on their website.
