I have an older JC Higgins 30 and a few other '40s, '50s and '60s rimfire rifles. I generally put older 1" scopes on them (Weaver, Bushnell, Redfield) but they can be a bit large. Are there any "vintage" skinny rimfire scopes out there that work well and have good glass, at least out to 50 yds or so? I'm thinking of the Japanese made types primarily.
