C&R application question

I'm filling out my C&R application and I got to section 10 on nonimmigrant alien certification. As a US citizen, I don't have to fill any of that section out, correct?

While I'm at it, section 14 has a box for making sure that we comply will all local and state laws including zoning ordinances. Where do we find those ordinances so we know that we are ok?

If you are not a non-immigrant, section 10 does not apply. Someplace on the app may be a blank for your city/state of birth.

Section 14 refers to zoning laws related to operating a business. C&R specifically prohibits using the license to run a business, so section 14 does not apply.
