Scan the document. Have someone with photoshop remove the signature and reprint new copies of the blank for distribution.

KEEP the original signed copy filed. In three years you'll get a new one when you renew.

You can contact the ATF Licensing Center and ask them to send you a new one. They are supposed to charge you $1 for this, but I don't think they really charge anybody.

ABSOLUTELY *DO NOT* alter a Federal document (removal and alteration of signature as recommended in a previous thread on this topic) as that would be a FELONY!

Many of the vendors expect an original signature on the copy you send them. For example, when you mail a copy to J&G you can sign in blue ink. Keep the original in a fire safe or something.

You are supposed to sign each copy that you give out. Your signature is your certification that the copy is valid. If you sign the original then there is no space left to certify each copy with your signature.
