    Mine took 30 days from the time my CC was charged. Info packet contents were different than stated above.

            The ATF charged me the week they got my application. My C&R came 4 weeks later, my COE was here in about 3 weeks.

                    I renewed mine about 4 months ago, still haven't got it yet. They did email me an extension until I get the renewal.
