C&R FFL Question

Can you get a C&R FFL if you are 18? The reason I ask is that you have to be 21 to get pistols.

I would only be getting rifles but am curious if I can even get a C&R FFL at 18

I believe that you can, but your FFL will have restrictions? There is nothing that says you cannot from looking over the form and restrictions so far, but you have to check that you are under 21 and explain why you are under 21 on a separate piece of paper. Any under 21 C&R'ers here?

you have to be 21 to get an FFL of any type, including an 03 C&R FFL.
