Roger That! Went through the same CC problem with a range in Los Angeles.

There was a thread on the CMP forum a few months ago with several people claiming similar problems with CC's that they had only used for purchases at the CMP. Orest responded with something to the effect that even he had an identity theft problem on a card that he had never used and not to point fingers at the CMP when there is no proof that is where the problem is originating.

i can't remember how many news articles, emails, and etc i've recieved about some credit card company getting hacked and customer info stolen...

seeing as your average civilian has never heard of the CMP, i'm thinking that your info being stolen on the CC company's side is more likely...




of course, this is just a SWAG...

Why the heck are you putting your SSN on the order form? It's completely unnecessary.

Thank you boomstick. I pulled my info and I did not put it on the form. I sent my C&R instead of the DD214. My mistake and will delete the post.
