Just got that surprise e-mail from the CMP...

Order shipped today, will arrive tomorrow. Always a pleasant mail to receive.

I timed my Underwood order form to arrive the day they started accepting orders (Sep. 4th)...

The mail I received says order dated Sep. 27th, but I assume that's actually when they were able to get around putting it into the system.

At any rate...I am glad it's on the way.

quick question so i dont gotta start another thread.... how many rifles can u order at a time from CMP? im thinking about ordering 2 Garands.

Limit on carbines is one (per maker generally....)
Limit on garands is twelve per year
No limit on 22lr, receivers, ect...

Now on a given order form, you can order all of the above at once or any combination of those limits.
