    Sight thread pitch?

Mrs. Grymster gave me a Cablela's (Investarms) .50 Hawken for Christmas and I'm going to take it to the river to shoot next week. I'd like to sight it in quickly and knowing the thread pitch for the elevation and windage screws would help a lot.

Anyone here know what those might be?

    Thanks,
    grym

Ya don't do anything "quickly with a black powder gun...
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

Tis better to have Trolled & lost, Than to never have Trolled, at all.

I knows it, Bruce. But I want to speed it up just a little by making calculated sight adjustments once I start shooting. And I know it's not likely anyone is going to post the info here, so I'll probably have to put an indicator on the screws and measure the travel in one revolution.

But hey; thanks for your help!
