    1941 Johnson

    I have a 1941 Johnson in pristine condition. The only "problem" with it it is one of the sporterized versions. The wood on it doesn't even look touched. I have a military stock and forend that I am going to have "prettied up" and I would like to retain the original furniture and barrel, but find a source of a blank barrel so I can switch between the sport version and the military version.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?

              Is it a Winfield arms conversion? Check the caliber, some were rebarreled to 7mm.

                  Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...
