CMP UNDERWOOD, orders starting Sept 4, 2007

FYI, CMP is taking orders starting today.

Already sent an order Thursday, they had a four day weekend but orest posted that he P/U the mail and signed for FedEx on Sat so hopefully those who sent one in early had our orders waiting this morning to be "received", and to think I told everyone i would never buy a carbine

Dang you're slick! I'm looking at getting a special myself, i really cant wait till they start selling "Corrects" again. I'm picking up a couple of those for my sons, and a few more carbines.

I'm going to go for a Winchester in January and my wife wants a Rockola cause it sounds cool. It looks like they aren't even going to start opening the uderwood orders until the end of next week!

Those "others" are really going to be fun, I'm assuming as they are going to have allot less of the other makes will make waiting for a order confirmation all that more fun! I placed my first order from the CMP for an Underwood and the wait is killing me!

That was quick even by CMP standards. Why anyone but a collector would want to shell out $70 more (compared to the late Inlands) is beyond me.
