You can't send in a printed off one anymore. It must be sent from the ATF. There is a place to request it off their website. They do not charge you postage to mail one out to you. It is green and double sided.

You should be receiving the form from the atf aprox. 2 weeks if you ordered it today.
It's been 4 weeks now since i sent the filled up form

The success rate for receiving an application is close to 90%.

The success rate for receiving a license after sending in the application is close to 99%.

You can also go to http://www.atf.gov/dcof/index.htm. at that site, you can download the PDF version of the C&R application.

in order to expedite your application, pay the fee by credit card. otherwise, they will wait until 10days after your check clears to begin processing your application.

I called for my app and had it 2 days later. I just sent it in. Now I need to find out how to get the COE.

It took a little less than one week for me to receive my application. Just sent it back to them on monday.

So, hopefully i will be able to put on that poll that "i received mine in 1 week" hehe
