    I'm moving to Texas in july.How do i get ATF to issue me a new 003FFL with the corect address? I'm planing on buying a house so i may not have a prement address for a while(cannnot buy a house overnight).Any problems with ATF?

      send a copy of your ffl to atf via mail or fax,make a notation of the fact that you are moving and the new address and phone numbers if necessary...
