    I guess it's relevant to add that because of my brass-forehead impact, I've been wearing a cap whenever I do any kind of shooting. Another safety thing, if you will...

      My worst hot brass incident was me making the mistake of standing to the right of my mom when she was last at the range. I got one round down my collar and rolled out my sleeve, and as I was shaking it out, another popped and singed my collar-bone. Have a nice little mark from that.

      The worst I have seen was a guy in the next lane to my right over got brass down his shirt and started swearing and turning, pistol still in hand. I moved and squared his shoulders to keep him pointed down-range and the shooter on the other side of him set his pistol down and safe-d it while the guy got his brass out of his shirt. Actually scared the crap out of me as it was one of my first times shooting and the shooter turned and was waving wildly...
