    C&R and moving

    Hey all,

I will be moving from a house (daly city) to an apartment complex (san mateo), I just signed the lease last night. I have a current C&R license and to my understanding I have to file an addendum (5300.38) to state my new address. I have a few questions...

1.) Can the form be printed from the BATFE website? or does it have to be a hard copy mailed to me, and then mailed back?
2.) Do I have to include a copy of my lease? has anyone done this in the past?
3.) Does form 5300.38 apply to C&R? seem like the form is business type ffl?
4.) What is the turn around on something like this?

    Thanks

I sent my form off to them when I moved, and had it back within about a month. Maybe less. I didn't include any documentation other than the form.

all you need to do is mail the licensing center a copy of your ffl and a letter of address change, the 5300 form is not necessary.i called the atf today because i move at the end of the month also and my coe renewal form came yesterday and i sent it of today with the new address.
