Curio and relic help

I'm trying to get my curio an relic license, there is a second form that I need to send it to the sheriff, I live on LA County City of Pico Rivera wich is serve but the local sheriff do I send the for to the County Sheriff or to the City of Pico Rivera sheriff please help, Thank you.

If I were you, I'd send the CLEO copy of your application to the Sheriff of Los Angeles County...

Ditto. If LACO patrols the city, the form goes to Baca.
If the city has their own PD (cars marked Pico Rivera Police) then it goes to the City Chief of Police.

A lot of contract cities have their own dedicated fleets, so you will sometimes see LASD/SBSD cars with a local city printed on the doors, but Sheriff service goes to the Sheriff at the county seat.

Either will most likely toss it in a pile anyway. That form is just a courtesy by the ATF to the local law enforcement. It gives your CLEO the notice so that they can contact the ATF and object if they have reason. Record of convictions is review by ATF, 20 calls for domestic battery that never had any charges pressed or impending charges to be filed for being the local peeping tom, fall under the responsibilty of your CLEO.
Talking to an officer in my area, he told me that those go to a file clerk and nobody know what he does with them.
