I have the same nagant revolver with the same nasty import banner on it. I am putting it up for sale to see if I can get a better one. Why cant they stamp the underside of the barrel?? Mine is a Tula '32.

Wonderful thing about imports, right? Sometimes they get it right, other times it is terrible.

The proper spelling (anglicized) would be "russkaya sem'ya".

Now you just need to get an SVT-40, an M91, and a TT-33. You got much of everything else covered, and pretty well, too. Love the markings, especially on the M1895.

You can either install the Russian locale and enable the Russian keyboard, or you can just copy the letters off the Internet.

I can even type via keyboard, though it is kinda weird using phonetic spelling. Though, at least Russian is really really phonetically simple. Sorta.

Mine looks like the one in the middle but the date is 1926. Shoots very well, and came with the barrel already free floated.

Actually, to be honest, this is an extremely interesting example of a picture you chose. I have a very deep tie to the rifle in the middle of that picture. I have the stock and the buttplate for that exact rifle. It's very odd that you chose that pic. I just got done talking to the current owner of that gun.

Neither is the DDR marked M44. Or the MO marked M38. Or the laminate M38 stock.
