C&R shopping

Hi guys,

I'll be heading to Reno next week. Just want to triple check if I can pick up a C&R rifle from a dealer/pawn shop with my C&R license (cash & carry) & just drive back home with it? Just no handguns, right? What's the procedure for handguns?

Yup.. cash and carry on C&R rifles.. as for handguns.. you can cash and carry (if you are buying out of state).. you just need to get that DOJ handgun form and pay $19 when you get back...

My whole reason for taking the C&R out of state was to bring those handguns into CA without having to use a FFL01. Do your part to increase California's C&R handgun population.
