Beautiful rifle! I DROS'd a 1915 Swedish M/96 about a week ago. I can't wait to pick it up on tuesday. How is the overall bluing on your rifle? Mine seems pretty worn in/out, but I don't know if that's common with these rifles.

They swing from a jet blue/black to a deep royal blue.

I have a standard M96 that is the original royal blue. In the early 1960's many where overhauled, re-stocked and blued to the deep blue/back of the 41b.
