    1895 nagant 32 auto cylinders..

Where in the heck did they all go? I'm gonna snag a 1895 for me and one for the wife and don't particularly feel like paying 26 bucks a box for 7.62x38. Last year I found a bunch but now I can't seem to find any.

    Century International Arms - $72.95

The thing with firearms is that they are not like any other consumer product, simple ownership of one carries a lot of responsibility.

Some idiots are too busy knowing it all to ever learn anything

For what it is worth, you can also shoot .32 S&W Longs and .32 H&R Magnums out of the original cylinder. You will have a bit more smoke, and cleaning will need to be more thorough, but they will work. You may not be able to reload as the case typically bulges, but you certainly should be able to use them. That way you can save a little cash over buying the Nagant round.

I bought a box of Nagant for $38.

I've shot .32 H&R Mag out of mine quite a few times. They work fine and are much cheaper than the Nagant ammo. Althought I've seen Nagant ammo around from time to time at a pretty good deal. Bought a few thousand rounds last time just to make sure. There are a few commercial companies making ammo for it now - mine I think is "Hotshot". Just Google around and you'll find some. I'll bet Aim surplus has some.

              SOG has it for $22.95.

Here is a good thread from the highroad on this subject. I have two Nagant's bought two cylinders, one fit perfect, the other didn't no matter what I did.

I was going to buy one of the .32 acp cylinders, but the Nagant ammo is less than $25/50 and the revolver isn't interesting enough to shoot often. I'll just use the money I didn't spend on the cylinder for a couple more boxes of the ammo -- 200 rounds is probably a lifetime supply.
