    C&R Shotgun

    If a single barrelled shotgun made around 1905 has had sometime during it's life about 4" cut from the barrel, leaving the barrel length 20" to 22". Can this shotgun still be purchased with a FFL 03?

    yes. it's older than 50 years old. and since i doubt it's military, you don't even have to worry about the "original military configuration"
