My Mosin's Firing Pin Spring Broke...

I was shooting it, then I noticed the rifle kept failing to ignite cartridges. So I disassembled the rifle to find that the spring had broken right in half!

So where can I buy a new one?

Some say that he once mooned two prostitutes just for a round of drinks, but wasn't surprised by the reply......They call him, the Hutch
Some say that he rode a dirtbike 7k miles across the country and that he once applied Bengay to his own testicles for a mere $50............They call him, the Hutch -Top Gear

googles my best friend for stuff like that, though im sure your local store might not have it. so internet is going to be the best bet there shouldnt be too much trouble getting new parts, or at least replacement parts for a mosin nagant bolt
Slapping an upper onto a lower is not "building" an AR-15.

What part of "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" do you illiterate pawns not understand!?

                          Really?
I've never had a problem dry firing a mosin.
Some kinds of firearms are bad for dry fires, I didn't consider the mosin one of them. hmmm.

I have never even heard of a firing pin breaking on a mosin(?), and never on mine or any of my friends'......I have heard that dry firing should not be over done even on these old war horses so I just err on the side of ''effin hell I dont want to take that bolt apart'- I would at least check the broken one to see if there are any signs of the firing pin hitting any part of the bolt to narrow down why how it broke. I have seen some old rifles where the firing pins showed signs of maybe excessive dry firing and the pins broke due to hitting the bolt and not having a primer to 'cushion' .

                            I could also be wrong......
