I know Ive been here to long to be askin such a question but I just had to double check. Go easy!!! lol

Ok... I was at the cow palace gunshow and over heard a vendor and buyer talking. The question was Can you own a m1 carbine para with folding stock with out a bb if its a C&R? A couple people chimed in who were standing around but it was about 50/50.Its been kinda in the back of my head ever since. I know, I know flowchart flowchart flowchart. BUT Is there something im missing or dont know?

It definitely cannot have a detachable magazine, with the pistol grip and folding stock. Plus with the stock folded, the M1A1 is only 25.7" long, which is also a no-no in CA for a semi-auto centerfire rifle.

Life can make you do many things, even kiss a man with a runny nose.

        Revolvers are not pistols

pistol nouna handgun whose chamber is integral with the barrel
Calling a revolver a "pistol" is like calling a magazine a "clip", calling a shotgun a rifle, or a calling a man a woman.
