Inline muzzleloader shipping question

I'm hooked on bp. I want to buy a TCA Omega in the near future. Is it, like CW reproductions, exempt from needing to be shipped to an ffl? It would be convenient to have it shipped to my door like my 1858. I have been searching for a while (why I'm up so late) and can't seem to find a straight answer. Some places say yes while others say no to inline and others say no to bp altogether!

I bought a tc from cabelas last year and I filled out an online form with my info and they shipped to me direct.

I bought an inline from Cabelas last year and they shipped to my UPS will call address in West Sac.

Thanks for the responses, guys! So I guess there shouldn't be a problem ordering from Bud's. If there is I guess I'll go on over to Cabela's if they have the one I want.
