    Question about CMP Paperwork.

I searched but came up with nothing. Can someone with past experience with the CMP please help me?

I'm just wondering about the Birth Certificate. Is a photocopy acceptable or do they want a certified copy from Vital Records? I have both but, the certified copy costs money and the photocopy is only a walk into another room.

I know that the forms have to be signed in front of a notary. So far I've collected the following:

    1. Signed copy of my C&R FFL(marksmanship requirement)
    2. Copy of my GCA membership card(affiliated club requirement)
    3. I tossed in a copy of my drivers license (age verification) not required but, can't hurt.
    4. Universal Order form 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A.

Is there anything I'm missing? Please let me know.
    .

They'll take a photocopy of the birth certificate. That's what I used.

As far as your list, it looks good.
