Determining a value without having them in hand is almost impossible.

I can tell you the second rifle is a sporterized Japanese Type 99 rifle max value on that one is around $150

I'm not good on early Winchesters. but the first rifle should have it's model stamped on the area of the wrist behind the hammer. The Serial number should be on the bottom of the frame. If you can post the model and serial number a manufacture date can be obtained.

The last rifle is a question mark. Since there are no marks it would be very difficult to determine a manufacturer. But if it has family value, that would be the prevailing reason for him to keep it. as to a value?? probably around $300 It's not a "flint lock" as it is fired with percussion caps. Check the area of the cap cover which is inletted into the stock. It may have numbers stamped into it indicating a date. Also check the inside of the cap cover for any markings.

The photo below is from a Belgian made percussion shotgun dated 1862. Check yours for similar marks.

Only one I know is the third rifle shown is a Japanese Type 99 Arisaka that has been sporterized. Approximate value, using Gunbroker selling prices; $150 possibly $200 if you are lucky.
Cant tell the caliber, it should be 7.7x58 Arisaka but some of these had the chamber bored out for .30-06 by gunsmiths for owners after WW2. So then it would be a 7.7x63.

Your first rifle is an 1873 Third Model, probably worth about $1,000. Second is an 1866 in what appears to be a second model (can't really tell from the pics). Those go for $4-6,000 in the apparent condition. Could tell you more with the serial numbers. Also, these are just ballpark values, you really should have them appraised.

The 1873 is worth more than $1,000.

The second Winchester is a 1876 not 1866.

Both these would need professional appraisal. You don't get that for free in an internet forum. The photos are rather poor for anything other than cursory identification.
