Are those unfired?


I'm in the process of rebarreling a 1903 with a Criterion barrel I got from CMP.

brand new old stock, fresh as the day they were made.

A guy on the CMP forum unwrapped and cleaned his and he had rust pitting on the threads. The CMP is sending him a new one. Best to be sure and clean them up. Very nice barrels BTW.
