Without input from you guys no one learns anything Try to put in some info/question and we can learn more of the M1's History.

Interesting...is it a response to the modification of the Neutrality Act of 1939 (cash and carry) or a foresight for things to come? Russia feebly invades Finland in 1939...I wonder if there was thought that we would go and mix it up with Russia? From what I've read there seemed to have been not just an idea of isolationism but more specifically why fight Germany? I wonder what would've happened if Russia was able to take Finland and possible more?
Edit- DOH!! I just noticed it is dated 1938, darn my dirty screen...nevermind.
