.22 Rem rolling block 1907

I came across a .22 Remington rolling block rifle made in 1907 with a hexagonal barrel. It is a two piece child-size rifle in good condition. What would be a realistic value or value range on this rifle not knowing if it actually functions?

Is it designed for modern .22lr loads? I have not seen a rolling block action before.

It will shoot modern loads.....They are very strong. Look at the extractor, they can be worn or broken. The most important thing would be the bore. They are valuable, probably in good shape 300-500.00, In poor shape as cheep as 100.00. General appearance means a lot. They were boys guns as you surmised and many were pretty beat up.
