    Question about C&R paperwork

    Hey guys,
I've been filling out my C&R paperwork and I was thinking that I had read that you need to sign a paper affirming your citizenship? It was seperate from the green app. I don't think I received this with my paperwork. Does anyone know if that is still necessary? Thanks,
    Russ

I don't recall sending an "affidavit" for a citizenship

The latest version of the application has that Certification of Compliance/citizenship thing included on the form, so there is no longer a separate form to send in.

I remember signing a separate single piece of paper about that. I think I got it online.

I didn't sign a separate sheet for that. I think I just marked a box asking if I'm a citizen or something... I don't remember it though.

Well, I just went ahead and sent off the stuff I had received. Two page app for the ATFE and two page app for the chief of police in my town. Thanks for the help.
