C&R in SF?

I'm not exactly sure which forum this belongs in (mods: if this is the wrong place, feel free to move it), but has anyone in San Francisco been able to acquire an FFL 03 (Curio & Relic) license recently? Did you get any grief from any local governing bodies?

There's no grief they can give you. It's not a business license so SF has no say about you getting a Type 03 FFL. There are a bunch of C&R FFLs in San Francisco. If you aren't prohibited from owning firearms then you will have no problem getting a C&R FFL.

Federal law trumpts inept and illegal SF city law every time....! Have fun and order any rifle you want...! Actually, Federal law requires that FFLs follow all State and local laws. It's just in this case, there are no local laws in SF that stop somebody from getting a C&R FFL.

You shouldn't have any problems But one expect your funds to dwindle after you get your C&R from all the purchases!

Technically you are correct but when local law made by left wing socialist communist whackos goes against the constitution and the 2nd amendment then we get to "overrule" them in court and get back to the founding fathers true intent. Regards
