The worst is getting emails from Dave at Century. Just about every other day he sends out notice of their current deals. You should have seen the list of used pistols!! Of course, being in California limits what you can order so that helps keep down the temptation. Of course, you end up cursing the state, so I guess it's a wash.

Don't post that kind of stuff Otherwise I will spend so much money on C&R stuff that I won't be able to finish my AR15 & AK47 builds

Don't hate me for telling you this, but a C&R handgun doesn't have to be on the approved list....

For those interested, I received my latest order from Century, which is 2 Yugo 24/47 and a K-98. Well, I almost cried when I opened the boxes. They are beautiful. The Yugos were on sale for $51.87 as being u-fix-ums and the K98 was for $189.

Being good/imcompletes, both Yugos are missing parts: Both are missing their bayonets, one is missing the cleaning rod, and the other is missing the firing pin and front sight shroud. The barrel on #1 is mirror, while there is some frosting, maybe very, very slight pitting on #2. I didn't clean them yet, so the pitting could be just lint.

The K98 is also in very good condition with the markings intact. It has a great feel to it, well balanced and the fit is almost natural to me. But my wife wants me to keep it in the garage due to its history.

The wood on all three is very good and I'll post pictures in a day or so.

You tell your wife that she's lucky that you don't keep her in the garage based on her history...just kidding...you won't believe the honey-dos i need to do before the Big Reno show.
