    My father bought A 410 for my Mother before I was born. It is A Shapleich's
    King Arito. sn. 94B no other info on the gun. It is A single shot, with A plastic
    stock and forgrip. Can I fire modern amo in it ? any other info would be appreciated, Thanks A lot...

      Yes, as long as it is in working order it was made for "modern ammo". However, it may be chambered for 2 1/2" shells. So, check the markings before just buying a bunch of, more common, 3" shells. I shoot 2 1/2"s in all 5 of my .410s, even the ones that are chambered for 3".
