So today I was inspecting my rifles, and when I was taking a look at my mosin, I noticed that the front sight was wobbly. Its to the point where I can slide it in and out of the dovetail. I dont know when it happened, or what happened, and this is the first time I've noticed it. Can anyone tell me what to do to fix it? Should I just super glue it and line up the lines? Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

The front sight sits in a dovetail. Remove the hooded front sight and use a hammer and punch to slightly pound down the edges of the dove tail until the front sight is tight enough that it will not slide in with finger pressure.
Then use a larger flat punch to drive the front sight into the dovetail.
Fixed.Poke'm with a stick!
