7.62x25 ammo, stab crimped, cracked neck.....safe?

I just bought a Romanian Tokarev and am looking for ammo. Polish surplus seems to be the best deal right now, but every place I'm seeing is saying: beware of cracked necks. Some people are saying that 3 out of 10 rounds have cracked necks. My question is; are they really a problem? Are the one's with cracked necks unshootable? If they are, that would certainly make the Polish deal not quite as attractive. Any insight for me guys? Thanks.

Polish should be GTG, it's the Bulgarian that you got to be worried about.
I have polish and so far they're fine.

Thank you for your response. Have you by any chance counted or noticed how often you see one's with cracked necks?

I've been shooting cracked polish surplus out of my CZ-52 like crazy. The ejection pattern is weird, but it shoots fine.

I've only encounted a few out of the 700 rounds that I purchased. I was not as adventurous as the poster above, I removed the ones I found with bad necks.

These two are about the worst I've found (yes the one with the piece missing spilled the powder everywhere).

There has been maybe 2-3 others that I didn't try shooting that were about as bad- but aside from that- every other round I've fired was good-to-go (including ones with prominent cracks in the neck).

I did some research when I bought my surplus. Cracked necks are common on Polish surplus. From what I read, as long as the crack does not go beyond the neck or seriously compromise the structural integrity like in the above picture, I was told it was good to go. The way I figured was at the worst you might have trouble extracting, but all the casings I've picked up haven't shown any deformation.

I've shot up just about all of a case of Polish through a Romanian TTC. I had sorted the rounds by how deep the cracks extend. I've long since shot all the ones that extended past the shoulder. They all shot fine. Even the ones without visible cracks still split just like all the others upon firing. Have not experienced blow-back or any other ill effects.
