I talked to Dave, the owner of those stolen guns, and they have a good lead. Hopefully the Fresno Co. Sheriff dept can do something with it.

It's scum bags like that whom give criminals the edge over law enforcement and the common citizen. What the hell are they going to do with all them weapons? There's enough for a small army!

I really feel sorry for that guy, man what a bummer! Hope they catch 'em red handed with them and throw the book at 'em!

Any updates as that was in Nov. of last year...Did they get any back?

And since the sheriff slashed the inmate population and correctional officers by 50% the suspect would be unlikely to stay in jail. Non-violent burglary and all that don't you know.

Sheriff Mims warned the city counsel and the mayor that if they slashed the SO's budget her only recourse would be to either reduce the jail population and lay off jailers or layoff patrol deputies. She's in a no win situation.

Maybe she should have bussed them to the mayor's neighborhood.
