Samco Global has new Yugoslavian M59 CA legal SKSs in stock...

They also have different grades ranging from very good to excellent. If I hadn't just picked one up recently I'd grab a new one...

Thanks for the heads up, man...

"Rightfully" might be too strong a word

"Lawfully" I think is the word you mean. CA requires C&R long guns to be 50+ years old - there is currently no way to date M59's (IIRC) precisely.

I wasn't implying that Yugos are C&R eligible. I just wanted to pass on the info that they were available. You can still have them sent to your FFL.

Wow, they even offer a "new" condition M59. I've only ever seen one of those.

"Rightfully" in the position that the company needs to follow the law otherwise their business is in jeopardy. As soon as I posted it I thought someone would come in here and say that [lawfully].

By the “traditional” interpretation, they can’t ship more than the first handful of rifles that goes to California on January 1st.

I got mine in "unissued" condition, never fired, from Martin Retting. They had a case of them at the time...

Vote for pro-gun candidates, or lose your rights, and the rights of future generations. That's it. The end.

Are you sure yours isn't an M59/66? All of the distributors had cases and cases of unissued M59/66 rifles a few years ago.
