I have got my eyes on an M39 from gunsnammo.com.
Now as many of you know they have a section of rifles that say they do not require an FFL to receive them. You send a copy of your drivers license + payment and in a week the rifle arrives at your door.
It seems too good to be true (especially for California). So I want to double check before I potentially break any laws.
Is it really that simple?
