Renewing my C&R...not expired 'til December, but why wait?

Simple questions on the form, but for some reason I started to overthink things. Guess because of the importance of not making mistakes. Went to this good 'ol standby site for a little mental jogging...thought you might make use of it, as well:

Good tips, but the best idea is to let it lapse, throw away your bound book, and start over. That way, if you get a yearly audit, you only have the recent stuff for them to track.
