Mecca Hobbies / Red Star Armory

Who remembers Mecca Hobbies / Red Star Armory in Culver City? Loren (sp) had many unique offerings back in the day.

    Cheers,

I do and I remember being told that there was a 10 or 20 dollar charge to look at the guns on display because they were tired of tire kickers looking at their fine wares. I took my $500 that was burning a hole in my pocket and went elsewhere. I liked their assortment of plastic model kits though.
