Another COE question

Ok, I got my C&R 03 ffl already. woohoo
Im trying to fill out my COE form BOF 4008.
Its got section B titled: Business Type.. I will check the collector box right?
But for *Name of Dealership_____ and *Dealer CFD Number________
I am now confused... I know Im not a dealer, so I wouldnt have a name to put in there.. I dont think my C&R License # goes into the CFD Number box either... . I dont want to guess that they should be left blank. But I got a feelin they will be.. HELP
Or is there a different COE form for 03 FFl Holders?

Same form for all COE holders. Yes, you check Collector. Just put N/A in the other blanks; as they apply to dealers and their employees.

Thank-you, I didnt catch the damn asterick thingy ma-bob.. Kinda weird how the box is titled Business Type, that kinda threw me.

Start saving your $$$ now - turn around time on the COE is very fast. It's almost like there's actually someone working for CA that wants us to buy guns.

What goes in the "SOC" field on the COE application, is that for your Soc. Security No.?
