I would have emailed them but it takes too long and I'm kind of in a hurry. But when I order more rifles from the CMP do I have to get it notarized every time? Or just the first time?

Re-read the customer eligibility info. If you've purchased, using the notarized forms, within 3 years (IIRC) then you don't have to resubmit all the paperwork. If you had an annual membership that satisfied that requirement (e.g., CRPA, Garand Collectos Assn) you may need include a copy of a current card.
