C&R App question.

On the app it asked if I have ever held an FFL. And to list info on seperate sheet. I had one on the late 80's early 90's but can't remember exact dates. I renewed it once I think and let it laps when they raised the cost to 300.00.
Sent bound book back and all that.
If I just say basically that, is that all they want? Or do I need to try and give them more detailed info? DBA etc
