    C&R hoghcap mag question?

    was wondering if having a C&R allow you to have high capacity mags in california does anyone know please reply via private message thanks

          No and yes.... but the C&R makes no difference.

          It is illegal to import, manufacture, offer to sell/lend/give or sell/lend/give.

          It is not illegal for anyone to "have" high caps in California.
