C&R License & Ammunition

Hi all! I tried searching before I posted this but I couldn't find a thread that dealt with this question. So I've finally decided to apply for my C&R license and I have a question regarding ammunition. Normally I can't get ammunition shipped directly to me since I live in L.A. city but if I get a C&R license does that change?

nope. It stil depends on where you live. theere are local lws.
