I believe it to be a 1927 Tula converted Dragoon, with a laminated stock.

I would assume it's due to your camera, but the front sight looks very canted (like a Century WASR AK canted)...

But that is a cool new toy, indeed.

There's no cure for Mosinitis. It leads to a general Milsurpitis when you realize that you also need Mausers, Enfields and anything else you can get with a C&R. (You know it's bad when you realize you have several French rifles in your collection.)

I've had my c&r license for about 5 months now and still haven't made a purchase with it. I'm leaning towards a 91/30 as well.
