I'm considering selling two Mosins that I acquired on my C&R (moving cross-country in two weeks and realize I haven't shot them in ages). I had them re-crowned and scoped. I understand that the removable scope mounts are fine, but does re-crowning affect the status of the rifles as C&R's? If it does, do I have to note anything in my bound book when I sell them?

Nope. Many C&R's were recrowned during and after war time and sold as such. -gIf ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin.
