    Zeroing rifle

Have two rifle to zero this weekend. One is a carbine style AR in 5.56. I recall that if zeroed at 50 yards it's about an inch high at 100 and there or thereabouts at 200 - that right? I can't recall which of the trajectory diagrams had that but I'm thinking it was the 50 yard zero.

Next quetsion. Does anyone have those trajectory diagrams for the standard NATO 7.62 / .308 L2A2 round? The other rifle to zero is a FAL and I'd like to zero it at optimum range.

I think that you posted this in the wrong section.

In the Marines we sometimes zero at 36 yards to obtain a 300 yard zero.
