I love my CZ model 82's. They're cheap, accurate and fun to shoot.
I have two of them - an '86 and an '87 - and I've noticed subtle differences between them.
For starters, I noticed the pattern on the grips is more rounded on the '86, and on the '87 it goes around the screw.
For example, here's the right grip from each:

Also, the '86 grips have this extra semi-circular protrusion at the top:

which fits into a corresponding indentation in the '86 frame:

Note the '87 frame does not have this indentation:

Lastly, I noticed the lanyard loop on the '86 is part of a block that fits into the frame (at the bottom of the grip) and gets pinned into place:

On the '87, the lanyard loop is part of a cylindrical piece inserted and pinned as follows:

Now I'm wondering how many different configurations there may be, and will I have to collect the whole set?
